Our Process and Services
Flake System
Transform your floors into a masterpiece of durability and style with our Flake System for epoxy flooring. This innovative system combines the robustness of epoxy resin with decorative flakes to create a stunning, long-lasting surface that stands up to heavy foot traffic, impacts, and chemical spills.
How It Works:
Preparation: We repair all pitting and cracking in concrete with polyurea crack repair material. Our expert technicians prepare your floor surface by grinding and cleaning it to ensure a proper bond of our concrete coating material.
Base Coat: Top of the line epoxy or polyurea to prepare for the flakes.
Flake Application: Next, decorative flakes are evenly broadcasted onto the base coat. These flakes come in a variety of colors and sizes, allowing for customization to match your aesthetic preferences.
Topcoat: We then apply top of the line Poly aspartic clear topcoat for UV stability and high chemical and abrasion resistant.

How It Works:
Surface Preparation: Our expert technicians commence with floor surface preparation, guaranteeing cleanliness, smoothness, and flawless quality. Utilizing diamond grinding and vacuum cleaning techniques, we address imperfections. Next, we employ polyurea crack repair material to rectify any pitting and cracking, ensuring seamless perfection by filling joints.
Base Coat Application: We then install 100% epoxy prime coat at 100 square feet per gallon.
Metallic Pigment Application: We wait for cure, sand prime coat and install 100% solids epoxy pearl metallic coat at 35 square feet per gallon.
Topcoat Sealing: Wait for that to cure, then install Urethane topcoat that comes in gloss, stain and matte for an extremely abrasion resistant topcoat for ultimate floor protection.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Worked in the epoxy, polyaspartic, urethane commercial industry.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked commercially for quite a while with one of the largest epoxy vendors and installers in the world. I learned the application process well and began to do my research into the industry and decided it was time to start my own company. 👍🏼
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently we took on a two car garage with 3 foot concrete walls on each side. This was the first time we epoxied and broadcasted onto a concrete wall and it came out great and uniform with the floor. 😁
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would say make sure they know what they are talking about when it comes to substrates (concrete they are laying the epoxy system down on), proper means to adhesion and proper temperatures that epoxy, polyaspartic or urethane products need to cure properly. This knowledge makes or breaks the longevity of a floor.
